It’s going to be a year since Maruti Suzuki started the Nexa premium dealership network in India. Presently, the S-Cross and the Baleno models are sold via Nexa outlets. The Nexa customers are bound to visit the regular Maruti service outlets due to lack of Nexa service facility. Now, the company is planning to bring a separate service facility for the Nexa customers. The main objective behind Nexa facility is to ensure the availability of genuine parts and offer premium automotive services to the Nexa customers.
Presently, Nexa customers have to go for the conventional method for getting their car serviced. At first, they call the relationship manager. The relationship manager looks after the entire job by managing to pick and drop the car after the completion of servicing. Customer may also visit the workshop in order to get things done under their eyesight.
As per the reports, the company anticipates 15 percent sales to register via Nexa outlets in the coming three years. Presently, Maruti operates around 127 Nexa dealerships across the country and plans to add 123 more outlets by the end of this year. The company has successfully sold over 70,000 car units via Nexa outlet. The major sales contributor were Baleno RS and Maruti Ignis.
