Mercedes-Benz India has finally told the reporters that it'll be launching its AMG GT and GT S cars in the month of March. These new AMG versions are the replacements for Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG class and is truly a beast in terms of design, looks and engine performance as well. It was unveiled last year in September and just been adored by the world. It looks are defined as the killers and takes the SLS design on the higher note. Also talking about the theory of this super-masculine Mercedes-Benz launch in India is the substantial growth of luxury car market.
Coming to the engine specifications, the GT version will be powered by a 4.0 Litre V8 bi-turbo powerhouse producing 462 bhp power racing to the 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds before hitting to the top-speed of 305 km/h. While on the other hand, the AMG GT S churns out 503 bhp power to reach the mark of 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds before hitting the top speed of 310 km/h.
The price of AMG GT range will be around INR 2.5 – 3 Crore and will be taking against the likes Porsche 911 GTS, Jaguar F-Type Coupe R and Audi R8 as well. Well, the car seems to be pretty much promising on every front and would be very much on the buying list of the car enthusiasts.
