Following the web-reveal, Mercedes-Benz has showcased the second generation GLE SUV at the ongoing Paris Motor Show. The GLE SUV is set to go on production by end of 2018. In terms of design, the GLE SUV will incorporate Mercedes-Benz new design philosophy. The new generation gets curvy at the edges. Other attention grabbers will include two-slat grille, LED running lamps, larger rear bumpers, reworked taillamps, and the much-desired crossover appeal.

The feature list on the new Mercedes-Benz SUV includes double display multipurpose dashboard comprising of the MBUX infotainment system and the instrument cluster. Electrically adjustable seats and multi-zone climate control will offer comfort to the driver and passengers. Driver assistance system will be optional. Reportedly, a seven-seater option may also be in pipeline.
