After giving an introduction regarding performance based CLA 45 AMG, the Mercedes-Benz is completely prepared to roll out the regular petrol as well as a diesel variant of this vehicle in India tomorrow. Ahead of its launch, the dealers have started taking orders from everyone in the country. Based on the same MFA platform as the A-Class, B-Class and GLA, It features sophisticated front end including long bonnet, stunning lines merged with an aggressive single slat chrome grille and an optional Bi-xenon headlights alongside daytime running lamps. At the rear end, the runabout is inspired by its previous model, while the sporty roof renders a coupe like visual perspective.
The Mercedes CLA sedan will be available in two fuel mill options for petrol and diesel. Coming to petrol variant that receives a 2.0 litre turbocharged 4-cylinder unit to generate an impressive power of 18 bhp as well as a peak torque of 200 Nm. On the other hand, a 2.1 litre diesel engine will churn out power of 135 bhp along with 300 Nm of maximum torque. Their produced power will be transferred to the front wheels via a transcendent 7–speed automatic transmission system.
Aside from captivating exterior and energetic machines, this vehicle also adorns aristocratic components inside the cabin to confer luxurious seating comfort for its passengers. Mercedes will give challenge to Audi for A3 sedan after making a demonstration of this car tomorrow between the expected price of INR 25-35 Lacs.
