Today, Mitsubishi has released the automatic variant of its Pajero Sport at the approx price of INR 23.55 Lakhs. The car gets all wheel drive system with the 17 inch alloy wheels and it also includes double wishbone front suspension alongside the front coil springs. However, the three link coil spring suspension is available at the rear part of the SUV to do its duty with an anti roll bars. The exterior of the car doesn’t get more variations, but inside the cabin, there are a few extra features that have already been considered on the dual tone special edition variant.
The interior of the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport 4x2 AT comprises CRVM cover integrated indicators, cooled box situated in the boot, navigation system, reverse parking display and the 2-DIN multimedia system. Mechanically, The brand new automatic model is powered by a 2.5 litre turbocharged CRDi diesel engine, which is similar to the mill used in its manual variant. The power output is also same as its outgoing version, while the torque has been reduced by 50 Nm and it produces the spectacular output of 175 bhp as well as the torque of 350 Nm.
The latest five speed automatic transmission alongside the paddle shifters send the generated power to the rear wheels. The runabout gives the biggest challenge to Toyota Fortuner 4×2 AT, SsangYong Rexton RX7 AT, Ford Endeavour 4×2 AT and the Chevrolet Captiva AWD.
