While we are eagerly waiting for the introduction of the TVS Apache RTR 200 throughout India, the Indonesians are already one step ahead and getting a tasteful modification of the automakers’ flagship. Two months ago, a customer in South Jakarta has done some modifications to the bike in question with his aftermarket support. The overall look of the bike at that time was very impressive with the attractive color scheme being displayed. And now, once again a new appearance is in front of us. Seems like, the Indonesians are pretty much lucky to always get blessed with better Apache RTR.
These latest snapshots of the said motorcycle reveal a classy matte black paint job while the bodywork has remained unchanged. The headlamp is partitioned from between having two different tints, the front fork and disc get shiny golden paint. The contrasting red accents on the brake calipers, footpegs, and pseudo air vents provide a funky look to the sturdy tourer. An aftermarket exhaust, a new swing arm, a wide upright handlebar, and upside down front forks are some “must watch” upgrades onto the bike. Moreover, the helmet placed on the seat matches with the paint scheme.

The Apache RTR 200 4V is being powered by a 197cc fuel injected, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine, which is tuned to deliver a maximum power of 21PS at 8500 RPM and a peak torque of 18NM at 7000 RPM. all power is transferred to the rear wheel via a five-speed gearbox.
Talking about the India-spec version of the bike, the model is available here in an entry-level form offering 20.5 PS of power output. The torque figures are same as the FI variant. When it comes to the features, the standard variant gets front and rear disc brakes, completely digital instrument panel, optional dual-channel ABS, and optional Pirelli tyres.
