Maruti Suzuki has finally launched the all-new Vitara Brezza at a starting price of INR 6.99 lakh (Ex-showroom Delhi). The sub-4 metre offers some amazing features that directly rival with the popular cars like Mahindra TUV300 and Ford EcoSport. The compact SUV recently made its debut at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo. It shall be available in six variants namely LDi, LDI (O) VDI, VDI (O) ZD(i) and ZDi (O).
The new Vitara Brezza will solely be sold under the regular Maruti suzuki dealership. The compact SUV comes with an array of safety equipments like standard airbags that will be available on all variants. However, the EBD shall be available as an option. It also gets dazzling automatic projector headlamps assembled with daytime running lights. The contrast-coloured roof and ORVMs will be seen on the top of the variant. The centre console also gets the latest connectivity features followed by Apple CarPlay and touchscreen infotainment system.
Under the hood, the Vitara Brezza comes powered by a 1.3-litre turbocharged diesel engine that churns out a maximum power output of 90bhp. The engine comes mated to a five-speed manual gearbox accompanied with a front-engine front-wheel-drive setup. The similar powermill runs the Ciaz and S-Cross models.
