Hero Dash
Hero MotoCorp, the ultimate brand in the Indian automobile industry to produce geared bikes, is now going to expand its scooters lineup (without gear) with the introduction of the whole new Hero Dash in the 110cc segment scooters. The automatic Hero Dash launch is being rumored in the Indian market from the past months. Probably the Dash may launch at 2016 Delhi Auto Expo with price tag lies between 50,000-55,000 (Ex- Showroom)to compete its rivals in the market. Hero Dash seems inspired from Maestro design with refined body panels to give it a fresh look. The Dash features LED tail light, USB mobile charger and side stand indicator to the rider's convenience. Powering the Hero Dash is a 111cc, air-cooled and four stroke motor which generates 8.4 bhp power and 9.4 Nm torque. The power will be transferred by CVT transmission to the rear wheel. Suspension setup of telescopic hydraulic sat front and single adjustable hydraulic at rear to absorb shock. Braking responsibility will has been performed by 130mm drum brakes at both wheel. The manufacturer claimed the healthy mileage between 60 to 68 Kmpl.

Yamaha Ray 125
The Japanese automaker will come up with its 125cc scooter, Yamaha Ray 125 this year. The manufacturer's expectations must be high from this upcoming product. The Ray 125 will get the propelling power from the 124cc, air-cooled, four-stroke and SOHC engine that may extract the power of 7.1 BHP power at 7500 RPM and 8.1 Nm of torque at 5000 RPM. The implementation of fuel injection system and O2 sensor is possible that will increase the performance and fuel efficiency of the scooter. Suspension setup may use telescopic suspension at front and dual-shock suspension at the rear. While braking will be taken care by spray dish type disc at front and drum brakes at the rear wheel. The Yamaha Ray is expected to price between INR 50-000 to 55,000.
Mahindra Gusto 125
Mahindra Two Wheelers will roll out the Mahindra Gusto to the enthusiasts in the displacement category of 125cc, possibly in March 2016. The company will uncover the scooter at Delhi Auto Expo in February 2016. Visually, the Gusto 125 is expected to continue the same old design with minor cosmetics modifications to give it a refreshing appearance. The scooter features the same facilities including height-adjustable seat, find me, follow me headlight and flip key as its precedessor. Mechanically, the Gusto is powered by a 125cc motor that emits the power of 10 PS and 11 Nm of torque to move faster the scooter. On off-road terrain suspension setup of telescopic forks at front and coil type setup at rear help to absorb the shock. Whereas, braking duty is being performed efficiently by the 130 mm drum brakes at both wheel. The claimed mileage will be nearer to 55 KMPL. The Mahindra Gusto 125 expected to hit at the price tag of INR 54,000.
Honda Lead 125
Honda Motorcycle & India Pvt. Ltd. (HMIL) is all prepared to launch its 125cc scooter, Honda Lead 125 in 2016 to extend its share in the Indian two wheeler market. The company would like to continue this success cart with its Lead 125. The scooter is available in the markets like Vietnam and Japan. The Lead looks attractive with its V-shaped chrome strip that also hold indicator into it and the LED units at rear is like cherry on the cake. Powering is done by a 125cc, single cylinder and liquid cooled engine that gives the 11.33 bhp power and torque of 11.6 Nm of torque to propel the scooter. The scooter gets suspension facility of telescopic forks at front and spring loaded hydraulic at rear and stopping duty done by the disc at front and drum brake at rear. The Honda's 'Smart Power' technology reduces the fuel consumption and gives the claimed mileage of 55.5 Kmpl. The expected price for this Honda's offering will be 70,000 (Ex-Showroom).
Vespa Fly 125
The Italian automaker, Piaggio may launch Vespa Fly 125 this year in the Indian Scooters market. The retro-looking Vespa scooter Fly 125 will sell at the expected price between INR 55,000- 60,000. The Fly will be furnished with features like analog instrument cluster, front disc brake, engine kill switch, etc. The Fly possibly be get power from 125cc, four stroke engine that generates the power of 12 bhp and 10.7 Nm of torque. The scooter may be showcased at Delhi Auto Expo with Vespa's other products.
