The automobile brand General Motor has revealed the next generation Chevrolet Cruze with larger dimensions. This model will soon arrive to the international markets whereas in India, its launch is not likely to take place until 2017. The latest version of this compact sedan will be available with a new range of engines and will employ D2XX FWD setup. The revealed model highlights an angular exterior design along with an impressive aerodynamic structure. Till then, the company is going to focus only on the foreign automobile markets.

It is being speculated that the company will develop a diesel variant of this car specifically for India. Moreover, the localisation factor involved in manufacturing process will also be taken into consideration to increase the demand for this model in India.
The next generation Chevrolet Cruze for North American market is going to carry a 1.4 litre, turbocharged petrol engine. This unit will deliver an output of 153 Bhp and will be torqued at 240 Nm.
