The festive season is approaching and the manufacturers are all set with their limited edition cars to celebrate occasions. One from them, Nissan has introduced a fashion inspired variant of its popular hatchback Micra in association with the United Colors of Benetton. The Micra Fashion Edition has been priced at INR 6.09 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
At the featuring front, The Fashion Edition Micra gets cosmetics and interior design cues inspired by the Italian fashion brand, UCB. while mechanically, the model is all same as the regular one. The vehicle is based on the Micra’s XL CVT variant and is offered in two new shades of Fashion Black and Fashion Orange.
With the new Nissan Micra Fashion Limited Edition, you will get the embellishment of fresh body decals on the side and the roofs, blacked out door mirrors with designer stripes, new designer floor mats, Benetton-signature headrest covers and seats with orange stitching. Other than this, the car maker is also offering exciting deals with this special edition under tag name “Runs on Fashion”. The first 500 customers will be benefited with a gift hamper with exclusive Benetton personal accessories, such as belts and wallets etc. Also, they will get Nissan Connect platform, a three-year free service package, and a 5-year extended warranty package.

As mentioned above, under the hood, this limited edition model continues to be powered by the 1.2-litre petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. The former is rated to muster the maximum power of 73 bhp along with 104 Nm of torque. On the other side, the diesel engine generates 63 bhp and 160 Nm of peak torque. The transmission duties on the Nissan Micra petrol model either performed by a five-speed manual transmission or an optional CVT X-Tronic automatic transmission.
