The Japanese car maker's extra-large car Nissan Sunny had everything in it to make it a good buy under the sedan segment in India. But, due to the reason still unknown, the car was never able to spin the table of fortune for the company. Now, Nissan has planned to launch the facelift of the Sunny and it has been launched in the market successfully.
The new Sunny is more aggressive with the features like larger grille with horizontal slates, new boomerang shaped headlamps, re-designed front bumper, chrome surround fog lamps and chrome rich rear as well. The interiors also get the new features like piano black center console, 5.1 inch infotainment system, reverse parking camera, new generation steering wheel and two packages viz safety and luxury with two airbags and leather bolstered seats respectively. However, one can opt for both the packages too, if he wishes to. Mechanically, there are not any changes in the new Sunny and it'll continue to offer the same 1.5 Litre petrol and diesel engine with some minor changes to improve the mileage of the diesel variant by 1 km/l and making it 22.7 km/l.
The Nissan Sunny facelift has some decent changes as per the current market situation and it should do well with all the features it has in it. But, the public may go either way and to know about the verdict of the market, we just have to wait for the review of the new Nissan Sunny facelift.
