The pre-season test in Sepang witnessed the rollout of 2018 MotoGP bikes. At the same platform, the Japanese bike maker, Suzuki promulgate the arrival of the GSX-R1000 and the GSX-R1000R in MotoGP replica livery.
The only change on the GSX-R1000 range is the introduction of stealth black shade along with neon Yellow stripes. Besides, the brand signature blue with bold white wording livery is all similar to an earlier version.
Powering for the GSX-R1000 will continue to come from a 999cc inline four liquid-cooled engine. The powertrain produces 196bhp at 13,200rpm and 118 Nm of torque at 10,800rpm.
The finger-follower valve train and stacked intake funnels along with VVT technology engine are borrowed from the MotoGP bikes’ mill.

Indian fans who are crazy for Suzuki GSX motorcycles will have to wait as no official words are said by the company. Still, speculations make us believe that these refined GSX models will hit the Indian biking industry sometime this year.
