Suzuki Gixxer with dual tone alloy wheels was recently spotted at a dealership in Bengaluru. The Suzuki Motorcycles India Limited (SMIL) has silently launched the same at the price sticker of INR 90,900.
Painted in Pearl Mira Red with Glass Sparkle Black, the new variant gets dual tone alloy wheels of same shade. Other than this, it also comes equipped with the hi-tech safety of disc brakes on both wheels. Including this new emergent, the dual disc brake variant now offers three colour options-Metallic Triton Blue with Glass Sparkle Black, Glass Sparkle Black and Pearl Mira Red with Glass Sparkle Black. Though, the Glass Sparkle Black is a single tone colour variant and has not been introduced with dual tone alloy wheels.
The introduction of this new variant is based only on the cosmetic front as the propelling unit under the fuel tank is similar to the outgoing model. The 155cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine is claimed to develop the maximum power of 14.5bhp and the peak torque of 14Nm. While, all the produced power will be dispatched to the rear wheel with the aids of a mated 5-speed gearbox.

With an average sales of 5000 units per month, the Gixxer is in volume generator for the bike maker and the introduction of this new dual tone alloys variant will not only bring a variety in Gixxer lineup but also help in achieving increased sales figure.
