The spied images of Tata Hexa have been leaked online. Its concept was already showcased at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. Considering the spy shots, Hexa measures 4,764 mm in length, 1,895 mm in width and 1,780 mm in height along with a wheelbase of 2,850 mm. This Tata Hexa will get the tough competition from Mahindra XUV500, Mahindra Scorpio, Hyundai Creta and Renault Duster. It is expected that the company will introduce this model in early next year.

Coming to the cosmetic features, this SUV will be running on the 19-inch wheels along with well-designed bonnet and much more. Moreover, it will be embossed with a black radiator grille with chrome plated strip underlining it, sweptback headlights, projector lamps, body colored ORVMs, large tailights, etc. Inside the cabin, 6-seat configuration with captain seats, LED illumination for Ambient mood lighting, luxurious leather seats with twin-needle stitching, and 6 airbags. Furthermore, the dashboard is painted with dual-tone colors, signature design steering wheel that have a number of switches, an infotainment system along with an AC unit and so on.

Under the hood, the Tata Hexa will be packed with a 2.2-liter four-cylinder VARICOR 400 diesel engine, that churns out the maximum power of 154.2 hp at 4,000 rpm and a peak torque of 400 Nm between 1,700 – 2,700 rpm. This SUV will be able to achieve the speed of 100kmph from standstill in just 8.8seconds via 6-speed manual gearbox. The base model will be fitted with a GM-sourced 6-speed automatic transmission.
