Tata Motors made the first appearance of its Hexa concept at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show for the very first time and now, the manufacturer has decided to commence the testing for its upcoming crossover based on this same concept. The Hexa has been engineered on the basis of the Aria and renders the company's latest design philosophy for the customers. Dimension wise, it measures 4,764 mm in length, 1,895 mm in width, 1,780 mm in height and 2,850 mm in wheelbase. Just like the Aria, this new upcoming vehicle will receive a honeycomb grille, projector headlights and new bumper alongside fog lamps.
The amazingly designed new 19 inch alloy wheels might be seen on the crossover and its rear profile is expected to have some renovations, including updated tail lights with LED units, dual tone painted bumper, newly shaped reflectors and awesome spoiler. Inside, the Hexa model gets six seat configuration, including captain seat which are presumed to be offered in the finest leather with beige color choice.
Tata Motors is anticipated to acquaint LED illumination for ambient mood lighting. Other features are likely to be introduced as six airbags comprising side and curtain in the top end version. Mechanically, a 2.2 litre four cylinder VARICOR diesel engineseems to power this crossover to produce the outputs of 154 bhp and 400 Nm.
Its all four wheels will get the produced power via a 6-speed manual transmission paired to a 4WD option.
