Tata Motors has added a new variant to its popular hatchback ‘Tiago’ line up. Christened as the Tiago XZ+, the new variant boasts of new equipment list with attractive cosmetic updates. The added features will enable the hatchback to see eye to eye with its immediate segment rival the Rs 5.45 lakh Santro Asta (O). Here’s a look at what’s new on the all-new Tiago XZ+.
On the exterior, the Tiago XZ+ gets two new color options - Canyon Orange and Ocean Blue. In addition to these, the petrol variant also gets a dual-tone exterior option which includes a rear spoiler and a shimmering blacked roof. Other exterior highlights include:

On the inside, the Tiago XZ+ comes equipped with Harman made new 7.0-inch touchscreen system with Android Auto support only. It misses out on Apple CarPlay. Further, standard features like automatic climate control and power-folding wing mirrors add to the cozy drive experience.
In terms of power, the Tiago XZ+ threads on the same line as its other siblings. Offered in both petrol and diesel trims, the engine options include 1.2-liter petrol and a 1.0-liter diesel. Both trims offer manual and AMT Gearbox choices i.e 5-speed manual and AMT. However, it remains to be confirmed if the added features will be offered on the AMT mills too.
The price tag on the new Tiago XZ+ varies with your choice of shades. A single-tone variant for the petrol XZ+ will cost Tiago lovers Rs 5.57 lakh. The dual-tone petrol variant gets slightly dearer and will cost Rs 5.64 lakh. Similarly, the single-tone Tiago XZ+ diesel trims will cost Rs 6.31 lakh and the dual-tone variant will cost Rs 6.38 lakh.
