Following the outbreak of the virus named Zika in Latin America, Tata has decided to rename its recently revealed zica hatchback. The company has started an online poll for name submission. The proposed name will be decided later on and then it will be officially finalized. As of now, the possible names that have been revealed by the company are- Civet, Adore and Tiago. Tata is taking public poll for the above mentioned named. The highest scorer among these three names will be selected later on.
The Zica was set for display at the recent 2016 Delhi auto expo and it is expected to feature on the Indian roads by the second half of 2016. The compact hatchback is beautifully engineered and is likely to stand with the likes of Bolt and Nano. However, it will be seen with rivals like Celerio and i10.
The car offers a choice of three-cylinder engines – petrol and diesel. It comes with elegant styling and bold outlook. Moreover, it shall be sharing some features with the upcoming sedan sibling named Kite 5. It features an amazing boot space of 420-litre. The renamed Zica will be seen with the Kite 5 sedan soon in couple of months.
