Several newcomers in the Indian two-wheeler market has made their delightful appearance along with their new motorcycles. Triumph Motorcycles, the major British two-wheeler manufacturer, has already availed various products for Indian line-up, but the firm has found a better way to unveil its newcomers for the country. The company has showcased two upcoming enduro motorcycles at the India Bike Week, 2015. The India Bike Week was just being held at Vagator, Goa on 20-21st February, 2015.
The Triumph Motorcycles has come up with its all new Tiger XRx and Tiger XCx. Both the motorcycles have already made their international debut and now readying for Indian launch. The showcased enduro motorcycles successfully draw attention of the IBW crowd. The same thing happened, when these adventure motorcycles made their international debut at the 2014 EICMA Motor Show, Milan, Italy. The showcased XRx and XCx are the top variants of the Tiger models offered by the manufacturer.
Technically, the Triumph Tiger XRx and XCx are sharing the very same engine specifications featuring a 3-cylinder motor configuration carrying an engine displacement of 800cc. The liquid-cooled engine is mated to 6-speed transmission and is tuned to fetch out a churning power of 94 BHP and a peak torque of 79 Nm. The braking system has been taken care by disc brakes at both front and rear incorporated with switcheable ABS functionality as standard.
Both the adventure motorcycles are being built around a tubular trellis steel frame. The enduro riding quality is achieved by USD front forks and monoshock at the rear, catered by Showa, featuring hydraulically adjustable preload functionality. To give these adventure motorcycles a stand out personality, the firm has installed ride-by-wire throttle system and Cruise Control equipments. In order to achieve an amazing off-road experience, the firm is offering three-riding modes, which can be manipulated over the press of a button.
The Triumph Tiger XRx and XCx could possibly achievable in the Indian two-wheeler market by the starting of the coming month. Although, the manufacturer hasn't scheduled the launching dates of the duo, but both might be expected to reach the showrooms pretty soon in the month of March, 2015. The price tag carried by the Triumph Tiger XRx and XCx are not yet confirmed by the manufacturer.
