Toyota Organized Hybrid Technology Event 'Toyota Caravan' in Delhi, Next Jaipur

Toyota has initiated a green event, towards the upcoming season of the technological revolution in the nation. The main motive of the firm was to acknowledge its audience about the e-technology which are eco-friendly in every manner and can contribute to the greener environment.

The Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) held a show towards this peace way of technology at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi giving away the desired information about the secure mobility and green technology which are feasible with automobiles and so on. The event was hosted with several interactive sessions and crowd also responded with a positive note.

The torch bearers of the event were some of the eminent personalities from industry experts, the government officials and engineering professionals from Toyota’s offices in Japan, Singapore, and India. The theme was surrounded by environmental friendly topics like 'Commitment to safety with technology and education' and 'Creating a clean & sustainable future through environment-friendly technologies'

On this event, Mr. Girish Shankar, secretary – Ministry of Heavy Industries said that “TKM’s platform has helped to reflect, share knowledge and enhance understanding of the various challenges with regard to road safety and the need for achieving a sustained environment.”

Also the Toyota's head official, Akito Tachibana added some lines to the event, “Toyota believes that we have to play a greater role than just manufacturing cars. We are here to solve the bigger issues in the society leveraging our technology and innovation. We aim to offer the newest technology towards creating a sustainable earth for the next generation. Toyota takes the ownership in building a safer, cleaner & greener world for our children.”

In the current stream, Toyota is making its sole hybrid model in India i.e. Camry Hybrid at Toyota Kirloskar Motor’s second plant in Bidadi, near Bangalore. In addition to this, it has been serving 90 global markets with their 33 hybrid models and has touted for selling a whopping 9 Million hybrid automobiles to the people in general.

The event has been successful to impart its desired information, and the organization is looking to bring 'Toyota Caravan' in metro city Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan state on November 26.
