One major reason that Triumph profited from and contributed towards its growth was the complete reversal in the outlook of the Indian Bike owners. No longer are bikes now considered as just another means of commute. This is aptly reflected by the sales figures of the Triumph’s adventure sports series. In addition to the growing number of off-road enthusiasts, Triumph organizes ride events across the length and breadth of the country that plays a vital role in attracting potential customers.
The company made a press release on completing the 5000 Happy Customer milestone. The press release highlights Triumphs endeavor in popularising adventure riding in India. Triumph has been sort of a flag bearer in this regard. Its Tiger Training Academy coupled with innovations like Tiger Trails offer a one of its kind riding and training experience. It has been a key incubator for the adventure-hungry biker. Until now the academy has trained 450 Tiger owners and the Tiger Trails have now covered geographies like Kaza & Spiti in the high Himalayas to Malape in coastal South, and the Thar Desert in the vast Northern Plains. Most recently #IndiaOnATiger ride from Jammu to Kanyakumari garnered headlines all over. Amidst the rising popularity, Triumph has equally emphasized the importance of road safety.
In India, Triumph prides on an unmatched adventure riding range powered by category-defining rider-focused technology. Triumph’s India portfolio includes the all-new Tiger 800 XC and XR line-up – one of its best-loved and most critically acclaimed motorcycles ever, and the all-new Tiger 1200 XCx – built to take you everywhere, first class.
