TVS Launches Free 24X7 Road Side Assistance Programme For All Under Warranty Vehicles

Currently, the 70 cities are taking the benefits of this service across the country. Albeit, the company has announced the expansion of 200 cities throughout India by the end of October.

At the initial level, TVS is providing assistance to resolve on-road and suddenly occurred problems through a 24X7 helpline number. Currently, the brand is offering the facility of fuel delivery, spare-key pickup, and onsite repair if required. In the critical case of complete breakdown, it will avail the customers with the services such as cab arrangement, accident assistance, and towing services as well.

TVS is hoping for a great success with this initiative as the automaker has witnessed positive customer response. The company is supplying free of cost assistance via the 24/7 helpline or through easily accessible smartphone app as well. In future, all its 28 million customers will get the benefit from this programme in their misfortunate situation.

J S Srinivasan, Vice President, Sales and Service at TVS Motor Company said, “With more than 3,500 dealer touch points, we are confident of extending a 24x7 Road Side Assistance Programme, which will cater to the consumer’s immediate requirements and also help them overcome any issue on the road.”

In the market, the other available auto major's which availed this RSA services free of costs for its potential customers include Honda Two Wheeler and Royal Enfield.
