The festive season is on and two-wheeler manufacturers across the country are putting their updated or special edition models of the ongoing products on sale. Fundamentally, it will aid in collecting in season or month considered most sales generating period.
In this direction, the TVS Motor Company has introduced a special edition model for its popular “Sport” commuter. For which, the company is asking for INR 40,088 (ex-showroom, Delhi). With the TVS Sport Special Edition, one will get a longer seat and a wider pillion grab rail. Also, the motorcycle will make you stand apart from the regular TVS Sport owners due to a revived appearance. It now incorporates new decals, stylish side view mirrors and a premium 3D emblem. With the inclusion of Synchronised Braking Technology (SBT), the TVS Sport Special Edition has become the first 100 cc motorcycle to get braking setup that is a combined braking system for other two-wheeler makers.

Beneath the fuel tank, the Sport Special Edition is carrying forward 99.7 cc engine of the regular Sport. The engine is rated to generate 7.3 bhp at 7500 rpm and deliver 7.5 Nm of peak torque at 7500 rpm. Comes mated to a 4-speed gearbox, the single is claimed to offer a fuel efficiency of 95 kmpl on the Sport. Other features onboard include an electric start, aluminium grab rail, chrome muffler guard and a sporty instrument cluster. The Special Edition TVS Sport variant is being offered for both the Electric Start and Kick Start alloy wheel variants. While the colour schemes to choose are Black with Red-Silver Decals and Black with Blue-Silver Decals.
