UM Motorcycles, an American motorcycle manufacturer which renowned for its lazy style riding bikes, has updated the price of its models. The Renegade Commando and the Renegade Sport S will now be available at a slight costlier price tag. However, with the implementation of Goods and Services Tax (GST), the bike maker reduced the prices in order to pass on GST benefit to the potential customers. But, barely within a month, the company once again updated the price sticker of motorcycles.
Mechanically, both the bikes underpinned the similar a 280 cc single-cylinder motor. Coupled to a six-speed manual gearbox, the mill spits out 24.8 bhp and 23 Nm of peak torque.
After the change in prices, the Renegade Commando will now be priced at INR 171,091 (ex-showroom, Delhi) with an increase of INR 2,173. While to purchase a Renegade Sport S now you will have to spend INR 168,280 (ex-showroom, Delhi) which is INR 3,374 more than the old price.
Currently, UM Motorcycles Indian lineup have two model, which could be increased to three soon. As, the bike maker is all geared to launch the more premium UM Renegade Classic in the country this year. Other than this, a middleweight adventure touring motorcycle is also ascertained from UM house in the near future.
