The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) received an order from the Madras High Court asking to built separate lanes at the Toll tax plazas to separate their individual way in India.
As informed by the press trust of India, the Madras High Court has ordered the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) to begin creating a separate lane for sitting judges and VIPs in the country at toll plazas. This order is formulated by the high court in order to reduce the unwanted delays and harassment faced by judges and VIPs during waiting at the toll plazas, a report suggests.

A bench including Justice MV Muralidharan and Justice Huluvadi G Ramesh released the interim order showing the direction to the NHAI to generate the circular to all the toll plazas in India. The circular mentions to offer a separate lane as vehicles of sitting judges and VIPs can go easily without any interruption.

The High Court has as well cautioned that they would generate a show cause notice to the relevant authorities till the circular was released and any sort of infringement to order would be considered seriously.
