The 2019 Yamaha NMAX has become the talking point as its patent images has been leaked. The images unveils the elegance look of the new NMAX. The NMAX flaunts a glossy headlamp design which looks like the LED unit and relocated indicators. The area behind the Maxi-scooter front apron has been redesigned and a closed storage space has also been added. A section might also get a charging point.
The Yamaha NMAX Scooter saddle gets the same step-up design along with a single-piece passenger grab rail. If seen, the tail section has also been upgraded. The exhaust, engine fins, and the heat shield design are same as of the present gen NMAX.

The present gen NMAX comes with a 155cc, liquid-cooled, 4-valve powertrain with VVA (Variable Valve Actuation) technology which churns out 15 PS of peak power at 8000 RPM and 14.4 Nm of peak torque at 6000 RPM. the powertrain is married to a dry centrifugal automatic clutch. The scooter contains conventional telescopic forks suspension at the front and twin shock absorbers suspension at the rear. For better braking experience, it also comes with disc brakes on both the ends and also gets ABS as standard.
