Launched at INR 1.25 lakh, ex-showroom, 2018 Yamaha R15 V3.0 was recently showcased with accessories and race kit at the Madras Motor Race Track (MMRT) in Chennai. The pricing for the adorned accessories has been revealed.
In Indian automotive market, the new Yamaha R15 V3.0 sportbike is being offered to get easily fitted with company manufactured accessories that are only available at authorized dealerships. Also, the Yamaha service personnel are trained to retro-fit these attachments.
Frame sliders: The frame sliders are installed in motorcycle fairing to enhance rider’s safety during light crashes. To get fitted this accessory, buyers have to pay an additional amount of INR 2,450.
Skid Plate: The skid plate prevents the direct contact of bike muffler with the speed breakers. it is available at INR 500. Metzeler Rear Tyre and Daytona Muffler: Exclusive accessory of the Metzeler rear tyre and the Daytona Muffler for racetracks only, is priced at INR 16,700. The Metzeler tyre and the Daytona Muffler not only offers an excellent grip but also provides a sportier appeal to the Yamaha R15 V3.0 sportbike.
Tank Pad: The tank pad is available at INR 224. It is one of the significant attachments on the bike. It protects the fuel tank paint from getting off from the belt buckle owing to quite often friction.
Seat Cover: An optional seat cover is also provided by the company that obviously end up the fear of any sort of wear and tear on the original seat. Crafted with the similar material used in an original seat, the seat cover manages to maintain the real appearance of the motorcycle.
