As, we all know that the Yamaha YZF R25 has touched the Indonesian shores and soon it will be coming towards India as well. The most important thing to know this time is that the Japanese firm is planning to introduce an ABS braking system in its most anticipated motorcycle, Yamaha YZF R25. According to a recent report, the Assistant General of Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM), Mr. Mohammad Masykur says that the Indonesians will be having newly specified quarter-liter sports motorcycle by the first quarter of the coming year, 2015.
Yamaha YZF R25 has become the only quarter-liter sports motorcycle, which is capable to touch 2800 online bookings within 24 hrs of its launch. At the time of launching, the manufacturer hasn't showed up its interest to introduce ABS in the R25. The quarter-liter sports motorcycle is individually gets manufactured by YIMM in Indonesia. And, regarding the ABS equipped Yamaha YZF R25; it was bound for Japanese only.
Projecting lights on the technical specifications of the Yamaha YZF R25, it is powered by a parallel-twin, liquid-cooled, DOHC-engine with an engine displacement of 249cc. The motor is tuned in such manner that it is capable to churn out a total power of 35.28 BHP @ 12,000 RPM and a peak torque of 22.6 Nm @ 10,000 revs. The 249cc displaced engine is coupled to a 6-speed transmission. The Japanese claims that the Yamaha YZF R25 runs at a top speed of 196KMPH on dyno test.

Besides these, the Yamaha has recently introduced the all new refreshed version of the Yamaha R1, named as 2015 Yamaha YZF R1. The liter-class motorcycle has been showcased at the EICMA, Milan Motorcycle Show, 2014, which was just being held in Milan, Italy. Moreover to that, the firm is also coming with its latest Yamaha R3, a 300cc engined motorcycle.
