Sony A7s II Mirrorless Camera to Record 4K Video Onboard

Sony is a well-known name in the field of photography specific gadgets. It was the year 2013, when Sony introduced its A7 flagship mirrorless camera with full-frame sensors. Next year, the company last year introduced A7s with better video recording perspective. The camera was capable to record 4K videos, even in low light imaging. Following the same path, Sony is working on to offer a more advanced camera, named as A7s II.

The advancement made in Sony A7s is 5-axis image stabilization. It will be highly useful while being in low light. This camera is having an astronomical ISO range of 50 to 409,600, which was used in its elder sibling. But Sony has assured that they have made advancements in its algorithm which will help in getting even clearer images in low light imaging. Check out the video shot by this camera.

As per the category is concerned, this A7s series camera is devoted to videographers. The A7s II is capable to shoot 4K video at a bit rate of 100 Mbps, higher than its predecessor. The autofocus system has also got upgraded in terms of AF point, increased to 169. In terms of designing, the camera is also given a better grip cover as well as re-designed shutter buttons. Like its predecessor, it is too enabled with WiFi and NFC technology.

According to the company, this A7s II will be made available in coming October with a price tag of $3,000 in the US. It also confirmed to introduce seven new full-frame lenses in the market by 2016.
