Acer has announced the launch of its Predator Helios 300 gaming laptop in India. The mid-range gaming laptop will be exclusively available in India via Flipkart for a starting price of Rs. 1,29,999.
The Predator Helios 300 features the company’s new AeroBlade 3D Fan, which comes with a metal Fan blade at only 0.1 mm. The brand says that the blade keeps it cool while you play graphics-heavy games.

The Gaming laptop features a 15.6-inch FULL HD form factor. The specification includes latest seventh generation Intel Core i7(7700HQ)or i5 processor(73..HQ)along with Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 or an overclockable Nvidia GTX 1050Ti GPU with 4GB GDDR5, 8GB DDR4, RAM upgradeable to 32GB, a 128 GB SSD, and a regular ITB hard drive for storage. In the audio department, the predator Helios 300 offers optimized Dolby Audio Premium for better quality audio.
On the connectivity front, the Acer Predator Helios 300 includes a USB 3.1 Type-C port, a USB 3.0 port (featuring power-off USB charging), two USB 2.0 ports, a 2-in-1 card reader, and an HDMI 2.0 connection. It further comes with Ethernet port and connects wirelessly through fast 2x2 802.11ac technology to give up to two times faster wireless speeds.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Chandrahas Panigrahi, CMO and Consumer Business Head, Acer India, told the media that Predator will be a brand to beat in the Indian gaming market.
The Helios 300 gaming laptop comes in two variants. The first variant with core i5 is priced at Rs. 1,29,999 and where another variant with core i7 variant is priced at Rs. 1,49,99. The gaming notebook will be exclusively available on Flipkart.
