Asus, a Taiwanese multinational electronics company, has come up with a new LTE variant of its ZenPad 3S 10 (Z500M) tablet, that was launched at Zenvolution 2016 in September. The Asus ZenPad 3S 10 LTE (Z500KL) accompanies 4G support along with a superior processor, and a larger battery. The tablet has been priced at MYR 1,799 (Approx. Rs. 28,000) in Malaysia, and comes packaged with a protective cover and custom stand. The company has not disclosed the time frame for the tablet's international availability.
The Asus ZenPad 3S 10 LTE (Z500KL) sports a 9.7-inch QXGA (2048x1536 pixels) resolution IPS display with Tru2Life+ innovation and multi-touch features. The gadget has also been upgraded to a 1.8GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 hexacore SoC matched with 4GB of RAM and Adreno 510 GPU. However, the internal storage continues as before at 32GB, but, Asus offers 5GB of lifetime cloud storage space and 100GB of Google Drive space for two years.

The tablet operates on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. On the camera front, this latest Asus tablet sports an 8-megapixel camera with self-adjust (1080p video recording), and a 5-megapixel front camera which additionally underpins 1080p recording. The Asus ZenPad 3S 10 LTE (Z500KL) has been incorporated with a massive 7800mAh Li-polymer battery that supports 16 hours of continuous usage.
With respect to the sensors, it incorporates the accelerometer, gyroscope, e-compass, ambient light sensor, hall sensor, and cap sensor. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, USB Type-C, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, GLONASS & AGPS, and the 3.5mm audio jack. The Asus ZenPad 3S 10 LTE has been made available in Slate Gray and weighs 490 grams.
