Apple event was almost fired the floor on Thursday by introducing its innovative products to ripple the world. The event has brought the third generation of iPad mini and named it iPad mini 3. The iPad mini 3 with Touch ID though has arrived with bizarre innovations, but its small size can easily be possible for holding the tablet in hand. Tee-totally, the device is designed with keeping the security issues in mind. Its Touch ID technology uses your fingerprint to unlock your new iPad mini. This feature is not only for unlocking the device; it has the ability to go beyond the limits. You can even purchase things using your fingertip. Other apps can also be accessed through this feature.
Design, Processor and OS
Its 7.9-inch Retina display is quite adorable with 7.5mm thin design and 331g weight. However, when compared with its predecessor, both look same. Admirably, the inclusion of Retina is incredible and far better than HDTV with its clear, vivid and pleasing vision, offering the 2048×1536 pixels resolution with pixel density of 326 ppi. It comes in two models, the one is Wi-Fi model and the other is Wi-Fi + Cellular Model. Both have three storage variants- 16GB, 64GB and 128GB. iPad mini 3 Wi-Fi model is outstanding for great performance and each storage variants of this model will force you to pay $399 for 16GB, $499 for 64GB and $599 for 128GB version. While the Wi-Fi + Cellular Model will snatch $529, $629 and $729 from your bank accounts for 16, 64 and 128GB variants. The Indian prices for all variants have also been revealed for iPad mini 3. It is Rs. 28,900, Rs. 35,900 and Rs. 42,900 respectively for iPad mini 3 Wi-Fi model and Rs. 38,900, Rs. 45,900 and Rs. 52,900 for iPad mini 3 Wi-Fi + cellular model.
