Being declared as a world's number third smartphone manufacturer, doesn't mean Xiaomi is not working on its tablet segment. Here, the surfaced listing over the cyberspace by GFX Benchmark is clearly hinting that tech giant is also disseminating its tablet lineup. However, the leaked database of popular performance testing site: GFX Bench has revealed some specs of an upcoming 9.2 inch device, but its name is still a mystery.
Here, this widget has been spotted with a codename, Xiaomi 2014811 and expected to be powered by Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS. As per the reports, it features a 9.2-inch HD display that will confer a pixel resolution of 1280x720p. In terms of performance, the gadget has been said to be paired with 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor along with 1.2GHz quad-core CPU.

The sources are also suggesting that it will also incorporate an Adreno 306 GPU alongside some advanced sensors such as gyroscope, accelerometer, light sensor and proximity. Talking about the memory, then the handheld will be armed with 1GB RAM alongside 8GB of internal storage.
Furthermore, the gadget is speculated to be arrayed with a single SIM card slot along with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS connectivity options. By comparing the above mentioned specifications with company’s first tablet: 7.9-inch MiPad, we can call this unannounced tab as a cheaper alternative of MiPad. Because, Xiaomi 2014811's predecessor was commenced with more high-end attributes such as higher-resolution display, faster processor and etc.
As we know, this China based company is now dominating the market of phones due to a super-speed growth, where Redmi 1S is its powerful weapon. Well, Xiaomi 's upcoming tablet has not received any official word till now, which is little sombre for the masses that are eager to take their hands on it.
