Without any hesitation Tigmanshu said he could not make up ''Bullet Raja'' with Jimmy Shergill even if he wanted to.
''Bullet Raja'' will feature Saif Ali Khan with Jimmy Shergill, Sonakshi Sinha , Chunky Pandey and Gulshan Grover. The film is being released on November 29 this year.
