Asaram and his team were using illegal SIM cards for their racket

A 1300 page charge sheet and accusation of rape has been filed against Asaram. His co workers, Shilpi and Sharad who were involved in this whole episode were using mobile SIM which was issued on the name of some other person. They didn’t use any SIM which was issued on their own name. Asaram was using the number which was available in Prakash’s cell phone. This SIM was issued on the name the name of Gyan Singh. Sharad Chandra was using two SIMs which were issued on the name of Nitin Bhalla and Lallu Yaduvanshi. Shilpi was using the number issued on the name of Devendra Panwar.

On the other hand, Shiva was not having any CD which belongs to Asaram. Instead he was having a suspected video clip in mobile phone. In the interrogation with Shiva, he admitted that he was concerning the video related to Asaram's dirty behavior and treatment with women. Police had ceased his mobile phone. Police has found one another suspected video clip also in his mobile. They have made a C.D. of that video and submitted for FSL investigation.

While Investigating for the current rape victim, another similar case has came into existence which was happened with a girl from Meerut. Asaram had behaved unfairly with this girl also. When Police team reached her place then they found the house locked and nobody around. Their neighbors had stated that people from Asaram's Ashram had visited their house many times and they left the house with the fear of police.
