A 30 years old woman has filed a complaint on Wednesday, alleging that she was gang raped by AAP's candidate. She lodged an FIR against AAP's candidate Shailendra Singh Kushwaha, who is contesting from Guna-Shivpuri Lok Sabha seat and three office bearers.
The lady belongs to Gwalior, reached Kampoo police station in Gwalior. She alleged that she was gang raped three times by Shailendra Singh Kushwaha and 3 office bearers; district spokesperson Manuraj Saxena, district Secretary Abhijit Wagh and district convener Himanshu Kulshrestha, over a year and intimidated that she got dreadful results, if she registered the complaint.
She reported to police after neglecting by AAP's leaders. AAP M. P. state secretary Akshay Hunka defined it as "politically motivated, aimed at tarnishing Kushwaha's image." Gwalior ASP Virendra Jain said that if rape takes place three months before, than complaint would be filed on the behalf of enquiry, which is taken by police.
Around 30 AAP candidates reached Gwalior and enacted Dharna against woman's false allegation. Shailendra Singh Khushwaha said that the charge is a false allegation. He said that she has filed FIR after a year; it shows that it's all about political tactics.
