Flip phones are too old aged models, but the pupular tech brands still love to manufacture such kind of devices. Samsung and LG are two top brands that love to bring such aged devices in market. The latest one in this pipeline is LG's new flip smartphone named Ice Cream Smart which has been announced for Korean market.
The tech giant has pulled off the curtain from its second flip smartphone to amuse Korean people with its attractive built and impressive features. However, this handset would be capable enough in alluring people or not is dubious, but LG will definitely make its place again in the flip phones market.
The LG Ice Cream Smart handset give us the feeling of Android Ice Cream Sandwitch flavour, but that's not the correct. However, it name suggests the dated Android dessert, but in originality, this smartphone runs on Android KitKat platform. One flip smartphone by LG is already available in market with a name, Wine Smart. It was launched back in 2014 with Android KitKat support.
This smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor that is amazing for faster performance. This handset gets a 3.5-inch LCD display that offers 480 x 320 pixel resolution. Ice Cream Smart is capable in delivering seamless user experience with 1GB RAM. It sports an 8 megapixel camera on rear panel. A VGA camera is also there to meet with the video calling purpose. On the storage front, the LG Ice Cream Smart is coupled with 8GB inbuilt memory which can be expanded upto 32GB using microSD card.
The handset comes incorporated with LTE connectivity and few others for connectivity purpose include Wi-Fi, DMB-TV, and Bluetooth 4.0. A 1700mAh battery energizes the handset with long hours of talk time. It comes in Pink and Mint colors, perfect for teenagers. The phone also has KakaoTalk physical buttons to make it ease to use device.
