Apple has slashed the prices of their year old smartphone iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C. Both the devices will be facing a drop of Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 13,000. The decision is probably meant for clearing the stocks and maintaining the impact of the devices among the fans. There are so many folks who were looking for this thing to happen and they would surely be enjoying the moment. The launch date of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus is scheduled for 17th October 2014, but the discounts have been released quite early to the same.
The Apple iPhone 5S with 32GB memory will be available for Rs. 49,500 while the 16GB version will be available for Rs. 44,500. Originally, they were available for Rs. 62,500 and Rs. 53,500 respectively without discounts. The iPhone 5C will carry a price of Rs. 31,500 after a discount of Rs. 6000. The chances for the arrival of buyback schemes are not clear but if they exist, the prices would go even down to a mark of upto Rs. 23,500 for iPhone 5C 8GB version, Rs. 36,500 for the 16GB and Rs. 41,500 for the 32GB 5C.
The iPhone 6 and 6 Plus is about to launch by next month at $649 and $749 respectively. The phones will be boasted with distinguishing points being 4.7 inch screen (iPhone 6) and 5.5 inches (iPhone 6 Plus), their battery life also has variations with backup worth 14hrs for the smaller one and 24 hrs for higher version. The display resolution of 4.7 inch unit is 1920x1080 with 326ppi also differs with the bigger one’s 1334x750 pixels with 401ppi. All these things will come to us after the official schedule, however, the pre launch bookings have been commenced in most of the countries.
