HTC, a revealing brand has announced the launching of its latest smartphone, the HTC One X9, which is upgraded version of its A9 smartphone. The announcement has released from the Taiwanese tech giant’s Weibo account. It is listed on the company’s china website. The smartphone is priced at CNY 2,399 (roughly Rs.24, 400). The smartphone will be hitting the markets soon in China, but there are no words for the availability of the smartphone globally.
The dual SIM (Nano-SIM card) enabled smartphone is featuring a 5.5-inch full HD IPS display with a resolution of 1080*1920 pixels and a pixel density of 401ppi with a 170-degree viewing angle. It is an unspecified version of Android with the latest Sense UI interface on the top. For the protection of the handset, layered with the Corning Gorilla Glass coating.
The smartphone is powered by a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 SoC and clubbed 3GB of RAM. For the storage, the HTC One X9 houses 32GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further expanded up to 2TB via MicroSD card slot expansion.
On the camera front, the One X9 includes a 13 megapixel autofocus rear camera with 2nd Gen OIS that can detect the body shake in 0.125 milliseconds and an f/2.0 aperture with LED flashlight. The camera can capture the image in the Raw format and record videos in 4K resolution. It is also having the 5 megapixel front facing snapper which comes with an f/2.0 aperture, a 24.7mm lens, and is able to record the videos in full HD resolution.
For the connectivity, it is offering Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Micro-USB 2.0, and GPS/ A-GPS connectivity options. The handset bears an ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, g-motion sensor, compass, gyroscope, and a magnetic sensor. It is packed with 3000mAh battery, which is said to deliver up to 15 hours of 3G talk time, 10 hours of HD video playback, and up to 40 hours of audio playback. It also supports fast charging as well.
The HTC One A9 is also having the dual front facing speakers which are powered by Dolby Audio technology. It is measuring 153.9*75.9*7.99mm and weighs roughly 170 grams. It will be available in Gunmetal Gray and Silver color variants.
