The China-based mobile and telecommunications equipment maker, Huawei is planning to dispatch a sapphire-enclosed version of its flagship Ascend P7 smartphone. Perceptibly, Chairman of the firm, Yu Chengdong has released an image of this handset with sapphire screen on his Weibo account, and clearly exposing that the mobile might be launching at IFA event 2014, which will be held on the 4th of September.
Noticeably, Engadget is also citing a spokesperson of the company, who choose to be anonymous has claimed that the revamped Ascend P7 will go on sale via online retailers in China initially. However, it is envisaged that it could be the first smartphone to feature a sapphire crystal glitz if it is unwrapped at IFA event in Berlin, next week.
Here, it seems little obligatory to articulate about the Sapphire material, which is rapidly becoming the next-generation substance for the flagship device manufacturers and it is the second-hardest material, after diamond.
