After unveiling its Holly 3 smartphone in October last year, Huawei subsidiary Honor is now up with its brand new Holly 3+ smartphone in India. The new handset looks quite similar to its predecessor in every way, except the storage and memory. The smartphone is already available via all offline vendors across the country with a price tag of Rs 12,999 (MOP).
In term of specifications, the Android smartphone features a 5.5-inch HD with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels and runs on EMUI 4.1 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It is powered by a 1.2GHz Kirin 620 octa-core CPU coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB of inbuilt memory space, which can be expected up to 128GB via microSD card.
The optical part of the Dual-SIM smartphone includes a 13-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture. An 8-megapixel shooter with f/2.0 aperture is also provided by the company for shooting selfies. Notably, despite having a ‘+’ mark in the name, the company hasn’t upgraded the battery life of the handset and it comes with the same 3100mAh battery as its predecessor. Sensors on the device include an accelerometer, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, compass, and G-sensor.
Connectivity options on the board of the GSM handset include 4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi hotspot, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth v4.0. Furthermore, the device also shares the dimensions and weight from its predecessor, as its measures 154x77.1x8.45mm and weigh 168 grammes. As we have already mentioned above, the smartphone is already available via all offline retailers, whereas the Honor Holly 3 is exclusively available via Amazon India.
