Huawei, the well known Chinese smartphone manufacturer launched its Honor 6X flagship smartphone at an event in New Delhi, India. The handset made its debut back in October last year in China, and now has made its arrival in the country. The device, along with its rear dual-camera setup as its biggest highlight, will be available exclusively via Amazon India.
The company introduced Honor 6X in two variants in the country, which includes,a 3GB RAM /32GB inbuilt storage variant priced at Rs 12,999 and a 4GB RAM/ 64GB inbuilt storage variant priced at Rs 15,999.
As per further specifications, the Android smartphone is blessed with a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS display of resolution 1080 X 1920 pixels along with 2.5D curved glass protection. It is powered by a Kirin 655 octa-core (4 cores at 2.1GHz + 4 cores at 1.7GHz) SoC and runs EMUI 4.1 OS based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
In terms of optics, the hybrid Dual-SIM handset packs a dual rear camera setup as the biggest highlight of it. The dual camera includes a 12-megapixel sensor with PDAF and an additional 2-megapixel sensor right below it. An 8-megapixel front shooter is also provided by the company for selfie lovers. The inbuilt storage or the smartphone is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.
Backing up the GSM device is a 3340 mAh battery along with a fast charging facility. Along with 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and GPS/ A-GPS as connectivity options on board, the Honor 6X will be available in Gold, Silver, Grey, Blue, and Rose Gold colour variants across the country.
