The Red Color Variant of Mate 20 Pro will be coming to the China market on 10th January 2019. Huawei, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer had unveiled the flagship Mate 20 Pro in October 2018 and recently the company had announced that it crossed the remark by selling 5 million units of the Mate 20 series. Furthermore, the company has also expressed its happiness that it achieved great success and sold a total of 200 million units of Huawei devices in the year 2018. Currently, the Mate Pro is available in five color options including Bright Black, Sapphire Blue, Cherry Pink, Emerald Green, and Auror in the China market.
The launch information regarding the new Red color variant of Mate 20 Pro has been revealed by the company on its official Weibo account in China. In India, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro is available for purchase exclusively at Amazon.in at a price tag of Rs 69,990.
The Mate 20 Pro comes with triple camera sensors on the rear side which is the key highlighting feature of the device. The rear camera set up packs 40MP wide angle lens, a 20MP ultra-wide angle lens and an 8MP telephoto lens. Up front, there is a 24MP camera sensor for selfies and video calling.
Apart from the triple rear cameras, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a 6.39-inch OLED panel that offers a 2K+ resolution, 538 ppi pixels density, and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Inside the Mate 20 Pro, there is HiSilicon 980 chipset that is developed on 7nm fabrication. It comes with the support of NPU to handle AI activities. In India, the Mate 20 Pro is made available in 6GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration.

The premium Mate 20 Pro is armed with a 4,200mAh battery along with fast charging capabilities bundled with USB Type-C and wireless charging. It is being certified with an IP68 rating which protects the device from water and dust particles. At the software front, the device runs on Android 9 Pie OS based on EMUI 9 skin on the top.
