Intex Cloud String v2.0 With Fingerprint Scanner Released in India

After the launch of Intex Aqua Power HD 4G, the company has now come up with the new Intex Cloud String v2.0. The new model of the company is exclusively available on Flipkart priced at Rs.6,499.

The Intex Cloud String v2.0 is the upgraded version of Cloud String HD smartphone launched earlier in May this year. The model supports an inbuilt SOS feature, which can be useful at the time of emergencies. The device comes with a 5-inch Oncell HD IPS display giving a resolution of 1280x720 pixels and features a 2.5D curved glass protection.

The newly released Android smartphone is powered by a 1.3Ghz quad-core processor paired with 2GB RAM and 400 GPU. The device contains 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded further using a microSD card.

The 8-megapixels rear camera of the device covers the features of Slow Motion video, Panorama and HDR, and the 5-megapixels front shooter is provided for selfies. The GSM-handset is backed up with 2200 mAh battery which is expected to provide 7 hours of talk time and 190 hours of standby time.

Intex Cloud String v2.0 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and have Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, GPRS/EDGE, WLAN, FM Radio, Micro-USB and 3G HSPA+ as standard connectivity options. Similar to its sibling, even this model too doesn’t support 4G connectivity.

The model is available in Champagne and Silver color variants. The major highlight of the handset is the presence of a fingerprint scanner at the back of the device which is covered with a mirrored-glass enclosure. Aqua Secure and Aqua View are two other models blessed with a fingerprint sensor on board by the company.
