Intex Launched Aqua Lions 3G Smartphone Exclusively for IPL Lovers

Intex Technologies on Monday released its new Lions smartphone series with the dispatch of a new Android smartphone dubbed the Aqua Lions 3G priced at INR 4,990. The smartphone is now available for purchase and as per company has been designed exclusively for IPL lovers and is named after the Gujarat Lions - an IPL group that is owned by Intex.

The new Intex Aqua Lions 3G handset is a Dual-SIM smartphone that operates on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out-of-the-box and highlights a 5-inch HD display giving a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. On the hardware front, the device is powered by a quad-core processor with a clock speed of 1.2GHz and equipped with 1 GB RAM.

The GSM-based handset houses a 5-megapixel back camera coupled with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera and additionally offers 8GB of inbuilt storage, that can be extended up to 32GB using an external microSD card. The device carries a weight of 172 grams and dimensionally measures 145x71.5x9.5mm powered by a 3500mAh Li-Po battery. As per company claims the battery can deliver up to 6-8 hours of talk time and 20 days of standby time and equips a 'battery saver mode' that improves the battery life by up to 50 percent. On the connectivity options, the device offers Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G, GPS and Micro-USB features.

Apart from the connectivity options, the handset comes preloaded with a wide range of smartphone applications like Intex Service, Follo, Opera Mini, Clean Master, NewsHunt, I-store, news hunt, Freecharge etc and in near future the list would surely increase. The device is available in three color variations namely White, Gray and Champagne.
