Intex, one of the India's most prominent smartphone manufacturing firm has launched its newly built smartphone dubbed as Cloud Jewel in India. The smartphone is exclusively available on Snapdeal at a price tag of Rs. 5,999. The company revealed that this new smartphone is ideal for consumers who are looking to upgrade to their first 4G device.
In terms of specifications, the dual SIM enabled smartphone features a 5-inch HD IPS display having a resolution of 720*1280 pixels. It is offering a pixel density of 294ppi and is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek SoC. The GSM-based handset clubs a 2GB of RAM.
At the photography department, the Intex Cloud Jewel incorporates 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera along with a 2-megapixel front facing camera. For the storage, it bears a 16GB of inbuilt storage, that can be further expandable up to 32GB via mnicroSD card slot expansion.
For the connectivity, the smartphone includes 3G (HSPA+), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, GPS/ A-GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The handset also supports 4G connectivity and is compatible with Indian LTE bands. It is measuring a 143.5x71.4x8.95mm and weighs 140 grams. The device also bears an accelerometer, ambient light sensor and proximity sensor.
