iVoomi, sub-brand Innelo recently entered into the Indian market and has launched the first smartphone with the name tag Innelo 1 in India. It is the first smartphone under the Innelo brand features a display notch and available in an affordable price segment. The Innelo 1 will be available only at Amazon.in and the deliveries starting from today (September 19, 2018) onwards. The buyers can choose from Persian Red, Pacific Blue, Platinum Gold, and Midnight Black color variants. The first two color variants of Innelo 1 are not available currently at Amazon.in.
The new Innelo 1 comes with a price tag of Rs 7,499 which would face stiff competition from recently launched Redmi 6A. The Redmi 6A goes on sale for the first time in India from September 20, 2018.
The Innelo 1 features a 5.86-inch display which offers the screen resolution of 720x1520-pixel, 19:9 aspect ratio with display notch. The budget segment Innelo 1 is protected with 2.5D curved glass display which safeguards the screen of the smartphone from damaging and scratching.
The smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo layered with SmartMe OS 3.0. Under the hood, there is a quad-core MediaTek MTK 6737H processor clocked at 1.3GHz. The company has offered 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, which the users can extend up to 128GB by using a microSD card.

In terms of lens, the Innelo 1 features a 13-megapixel rear camera bundled with 5P lens and Samsung sensor. Up front, the smartphone gets a 5-megapixel selfie camera along with 4P lens and 1.4-micron pixel size. A circular- shaped fingerprint sensor is positioned on the rear panel of Innelo 1. It also gets Face Unlock which enhances the security of the smartphone.
It supports dual- sim, both of them are compatible with 4G. The Innelo 1 is armed with 3,000mAh battery. The dimensions and weight of the smartphone are 152x9x74mm and 155 grams respectively.
Addressing at the launch event, Ashwin Bhandari, CEO of Innelo India, stated, "Innelo 1 has been designed exquisitely with leading-edge technology that fits the expectations of the urban and young consumers. It provides a complete high-end smartphone experience to the users. With Innelo, we aim to bring the technology which is currently being offered in the mid-segment (Rs. 20,000-25,000) and offer it to our customers within the price range of Rs. 7,000-13,000; making innovation accessible to all."
Innelo is planning to invest $10 million (approximately Rs 72.7 crores) in India in the initial phase. Furthermore, the company has 500 service centres throughout India.
