The LG has finally made the android Kitkat 4.4 update available for its two best seller smartphones, that is, LG G Pro Lite and LG Optimus L9 II. Both the LG smartphones had the android 4.1 pre-installed at the time of their launch.
LG has skipped the android 4.3 jelly bean update for both the phones and I guess this is the positive step from the company because the Google is about to launch the new version of android with its flagship Nexus 6 smartphone sometime in the 2nd half of the year.
The android kitkat 4.4 version has been appreciated by both users and critics for its features and updates. The kitkat 4.4 will be responsible for the newly styled navigation bar, status bar, full-screen mode, latest security features, Google cloud printer and yeah, much improved battery efficiency as well.
As the android is highly vulnerable to the bugs and other threats, the LG also has taken a step further to provide the high-class security by improving its own KnockOn feature. The new KnockOn feature is known as KnockCode and will offer the multi-layered security with the help of android kitkat 4.4.
In the security system, the LG smartphone users will have the ease over the same password patterns and number password options. LG has also launched its new flagship smartphone LG G3 and looking at its high-class specifications and features, the phone will surely put on a good fight for the other smartpones like iPhone 5c, Galaxy S5 and Xperia Z2. What do you think?
