Lava, India-based smartphone manufacturing company has launched a new budget smartphone in India dubbed as Lava X3. The smartphone is now available to purchase via the online retailers at Rs. 6,499 in White, Silver and Blue color variants. The smartphone is expected to announce officially in the coming days.
In terms of specifications, the dual SIM enabled smartphone is featuring a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 720*1280 pixels. Under the hood, the device is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor (unspecified), clubbed with 2GB of DDR3 RAM. The handset houses an 8GB of inbuilt storage, that can be expanded via microSD card slot expansion.
On the photography end, the device is loaded with 8-megapixel camera at the rear end with autofocus and LED flash light alongside a 5-megapixel camera at the front end on the board. The camera is featuring face detection, face beauty, panorama and motion tracking features.
The Lava X3 is backed by a 2500mAh battery. It is measuring 72x144x8.45mm and weighs 141 grams.
Lava X3 is the second smartphone under the X series by the company. Earlier in December, Lava unveiled X10 handset priced at Rs. 11,500. The X10 clubs 3GB of RAM and bears a 13-megapixel camera at the rear end and 5-megapixel camera at the front end.
