One of the praiseworthy participant of MWC 2015 and world's first smartphone with Dolby Atmos technology, Lenovo A7000 is all set to hit the booming marketplace of India. Notably, company has sent out media invites for an event for the 7th of April. However, surfaced image doesn't include name of the upcoming handset, but it is appended with Lenovo and Dolby Atmos logos, which is suggesting about the arrival of this mobile phone.
The teaser poster is also accompanied by a tagline "Save the Date, 7 April 2015." Apart from the inauguration ceremony, if we will dive into gadget, then most highlighted part is inclusion of an impressive audio technology from Dolby, which makes the sound quality more vivid and rich as well as renders astonishing clarity in music.
Featuring an elegant and brilliant 5.5-in HD IPS display with ultra-wide viewing angles and 1280 x 720 pixel resolution, handset manifest itself to confer a better entertainment and a pleasant mobile-experience while gaming, watching videos and pictures. The successor of hot-selling smartphone: A6000 is loaded with Android 5.0 Lollipop with Vibe UI and powered by 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6572M processor, which are also the main USP of device.
Touching the subject of imaging, handheld is outfitted with an 8-megapixel auto focus main shooter with LED flash alongside a 5-megapixel fixed-focus selfie snapper. On Connectivity front, phone encompasses 4G LTE Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB options in its shell.
Paired with Dual SIM card slots, it houses a 2900mAh Li polymer that has been quoted to bestow 39 hours and 16 hours of talk time on 2G and 3G networks respectively. Moreover, gadget will be showcased on the shelves of retail stores in two color models: Onyx Black and Pearl White and expected to be priced at $169 that is roughly Rs. 10,400.
As yet, it seems domestic marketplace would be the first nation to receive A7000. And, by judging the specifications, smartphone looks like the biggest brickbat for current mobile phones, which belong to similar price category.
