Lenovo, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has announced duo of budget segment smartphones dubbed as Lenovo A5 and Lenovo K5 Note (2018) at an event in Beijing alongside Lenovo Z5. Both, the Lenovo A5 and K5 Note (2018) feature an 18:9 aspect ratio along with FullScreen Display, but the notch is missing on these smartphones. The Lenovo A5 is embedded with MediaTek MT6739 SoC, whereas the K5 Note (2018) features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC.
Lenovo K5 Note (2018) and Lenovo A5 Price
The Chinese company launched the Lenovo K5 Note (2018) in two storage variants 3GB RAM+32GB inbuilt storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB inbuilt storage which has been made available at CNY 799 (roughly Rs. 8,400) and CNY 999 (roughly Rs. 10,500) respectively. The Lenovo K5 Note is available in three color options: Black, Gold, and Blue. On another hand, the Lenovo A5 has been priced at CNY 599 which roughly translates into Rs 6,300 and available in Black, Gold, and Rose Gold color options.
The Lenovo K5 Note (2018) flaunts a 6-inch HD+ IPS display, 18:9 aspect ratio and a screen resolution of 720x1440 pixels. It runs on top of the line Android 8.1 Oreo- out-of-the-box. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, clocked at 1.8GHz. It is equipped with 3GB RAM+32GB inbuilt storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB inbuilt storage with an option to extend further up to 256GB by using a memory card.

In terms of camera department, the budget segment smartphone Lenovo K5 Note (2018) comes with dual-rear cameras which includes 16-megapixel primary camera at an aperture rate of f/2.0 and a 2-megapixel secondary camera at an aperture rate of f/2.4. The rear camera set features a monochrome flash. For selfies and video calling, the smartphone sport an 8-megapixel front- facing camera along with beautification features.
The Lenovo K5 Note (2018) comes with 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, a Micro-USB port, and Bluetooth 4.2. Sensors on Lenovo K5 Note (2018) are an ambient light sensor, compass, accelerometer and proximity sensor. The fingerprint sensor is positioned on the rear panel of Lenovo K5 Note (2018). Under the hood, it is armed with a 3760 mAh battery. The dimensions of Lenovo K5 Note are 158.3x76.7x8.5mm and the weight of the smartphone is 176 grams.
The Lenovo A5 features a 5.45-inch HD+ IPS display, 18:9 aspect ratio and a screen resolution of 720x1440 pixels. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo Operating System based on ZUI 3.9. It is embedded with a quad-core MediaTek MT6739 chipset which is clocked at 1.5GHz, matted with 3GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB internal storage which can be further extended up to 256GB by using a memory card.
